KAENAN FERGUSON

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Kaenan is a highly driven engineering graduate with a passion for large scale project management. He strives to use technology from all facets of engineering to enhance world class projects and products to provide a meaningful purpose to the user.

Throughout his time in university, Kaenan has been heavily involved with the University of Canterbury Motorsport team, further developing his natural leadership ability. In 2022, Kaenan led a team of sixteen students to custom-build a 7.5 metre long electric vehicle with the goal of breaking the world Electric Under 500kg land-speed record; this is the first time a New Zealand university team has ever attempted a land-speed record, and only the second time a undergraduate university team from anywhere in the world has entered the electric competition class.

Kaenan is a general all-rounder, with skills including strategy, financial management and problem solving.
