Mike is a highly driven Project Manager at Tactical Group, with 6 years’ experience in the management, coordination, procurement and delivery of complex projects and packages across all phases of the delivery lifecycle.

Highly passionate about bringing people together to solve multi-faceted challenges across the transport, infrastructure government sectors, Mike is highly skilled at bringing diverse groups, individuals, and disciplines together to get the right outcomes on projects for his clients, the community, and the environment.

With a background spanning project management, project controls, and transport & infrastructure procurement, Mike has a wide toolkit of experiences and skills, ranging from procurement planning and management, scheduling, cost, and risk management, through to design coordination and stakeholder management and construction management.

Experience ranging across Local Government, Engineering Consultancy, and Central Government in the transport and infrastructure sector has equipped Mike well to provide excellent outcomes focussed services to his clients across the country.
