MANAGING DIRECTOR (JOINT)

Richard is a co-founder and joint Managing Director of Tactical Group. He has an extensive track record working within all property sectors including commercial office, hotels, mixed-use, industrial, ports and infrastructure, residential, education and technology.

Richard leads Tactical’s Commercial Property and Advisory business covering project origination and site sourcing, financial feasibility and capital structures, transaction, planning approvals, development management and project delivery.

He has undertaken significant commissions in the commercial property sector, particularly in the areas of property advisory, highest and best-use analysis, masterplanning, development, transactions and roll-out programming. He invests a significant amount of time in research and innovation, as well as advocacy for policy change in the Property Industry, and this is reflected in a number of research and white papers that he has authored.

Richard provides over-arching project leadership and has particular expertise in driving superior economic outcomes for developments as well as negotiating planning, authority approvals and robust contracts.
