MANAGING DIRECTOR (JOINT)

Steve is a Managing Director (Jnt.) and a founder of Tactical Group. He has extensive experience in the commercial property and infrastructure sectors leading large scale projects ranging from $100 million through to in excess of $1 billion in construction value, motivating project teams across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Specialising in industrial, commercial office, linear infrastructure and land-side port infrastructure, Steve leads Tactical’s Industry and Infrastructure Team.

Steve has a broad technical and commercial skill set founded upon a background in architecture and law enabling him to offer a well-rounded approach to complex projects with a high degree of attention and detail.

Steve’s knowledge of local, state and Commonwealth planning process and the associated complexities of stakeholder engagement has been integral in his directorship and role leading the Tactical team on the Moorebank Logistics Park (MLP), and other significant projects.
