    This project consists of two warehouses, with areas of 56,120 sqm and 55,865 sqm respectively.

    Moorebank

    Tactical was engaged by Logos as the superintendent’s representative to oversee the construction of Warehouse 6 and Warehouse 7, located in the West precinct of the Moorebank Intermodal Precinct (MIP).

    This project features two warehouses, covering 56,120 sqm and 55,865 sqm respectively, on a 180,127 sqm site with a shared access road. Developed by Logos Property, Warehouse 6 (WH6) is occupied by Qube and includes 54,000 sqm of warehouse space, a 2,000 sqm multi-storey office, a 120 sqm dispatch office with amenities, and 281 parking spaces. Warehouse 7 (WH7) is purpose-built for Mainfreight and includes 53,505 sqm of warehouse space, a 2,000 sqm multi-storey office, a 360 sqm dispatch office, 290 parking spaces, mezzanine levels, and areas for dangerous goods.
