    The construction of two warehouses, with areas of 27,055 sqm and 22,757 sqm respectively.

    Tactical has been engaged by Logos as the superintendent’s representative to oversee the construction of two warehouses—27,055 sqm and 22,757 sqm respectively—on an 89,011 sqm site with a shared access road.

    Developed by Logos Property, N1 will be occupied by Maersk, featuring 25,952 sqm of warehouse space, a 1,042 sqm multi-storey office, a 60 sqm dock office, and 112 car parking spaces. N2 will be occupied by Sydney Tools, including 21,665 sqm of warehouse space, a 1,043 sqm multi-storey office, a 60 sqm dock office, and 91 car parking spaces. The warehouses are nearing completion, with Practical Completion expected in late May 2024.
