    A two-storey warehouse with approximately 29,000 sqm of Gross Floor Area (GFA), spread across 12 separate tenancies.

    45-57 Moxon Road, Punchbowl, is a two-storey warehouse with approximately 29,000 sqm of Gross Floor Area (GFA) spread across 12 separate tenancies. The building is situated on a roughly 3.3-hectare lot. All tenancies are currently speculative, with expressions of interest to be sought during the construction process.

    Tactical’s engagement encompassed project management for the entire project lifecycle, starting with the management of the SSDA application (including all consultants, finalisation of the EIS, Rest of Adequacy, and formal lodgement). This also involved handling authority applications to Sydney Water, Endeavour Energy, and NBN.

    Tender management, including the Expression of Interest, has been completed, and the Head Contractor was awarded the contract in 2024. Tactical is serving as the superintendent for the delivery of the project from Q1 2024 until its completion in early 2026. This includes managing any tenancy requirements and coordinating back-to-back management of the AFL with the Head Contractor.
