    A two-storey warehouse with circa 30,000 sqm of GFA.

    Milperra

    Platform 339-349 Horsley Road Milperra is a two-storey warehouse with approximately 30,000 sqm of GFA spread across 10 separate tenancies in the prime industrial zone of Milperra. The building is positioned on circa 3.5 hectares of land. All tenancies are currently speculative, with expressions of interest to be sought during the construction process. 

    Tactical was engaged to provide project management and superintendency services, including the complete management of the State Significant Development Application (SSDA), from SEARs through to the consent being received in June 2023. In addition, all authority works, including Sydney Water, NBN, and Power were managed through the appropriate utility service providers. 

    The tender management, including the Expression of Interest, has been completed and the Head Contractor was awarded the contract in March 2024. Tactical are superintendents for delivery from Q2 2023 until completion in early 2025, including managing any tenancy requirements and back-to-back management of the AFL with the Head Contractor.
