    Tactical was engaged by Centuria in a Development Advisory capacity to lead a highest and best use analysis for the redevelopment of two neighbouring sites in Macquarie Park, NSW.

    The existing commercial assets were strategically positioned within a proposed urban activation precinct in close proximity to Macquarie University and Macquarie Shopping Centre.

    Tactical reviewed the site potential and led conceptual planning for a proposed mixed use development across the site comprising some 420 residential units, ground floor retail, as well as basement car parking and open green spaces.

    The development concept was on-sold prior to gazettal of the UAP and resulted in a significant market uplift in value for the client.
